A CARING COMMUNITY OF MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS

WECOME

You have found the Mental Health Network of Northwest Arkansas.  The MHN is a collective of highly trained and clinically experienced mental health professionals, all dedicated to working with individuals, couples, and families in crisis, transition, or facing emotional and health challenges.

The ultimate goal of the MHN is to provide a referral resource for Northwest Arkansas residents seeking mental health and emotional support while navigating life’s difficulties.  Ultimately, we hope that we will be able to provide effective services to you and your loved ones, or else point you in a direction to find support from other mental health networks in our region.  Areas of focus include: relationship conflicts, child and adolescent therapy, family therapy, marriage therapy, job or education transitions, anger management, affective disorders (depression, anxiety, bi-polar, OCD obsessive-compulsive, ADHD, ADD, Attention Deficit), neural-diversity/spectrum, Adult Asperger’s, grief, LGBTQ+ challenges, life coaching, spiritual work, sensory grounding, meditation, yoga, and body work.

This is a listing of psychotherapists, counselors, clinical social workers, psychiatrists, and psychologists who have proven clinical abilities and a variety of professional skills and unique specialties.  All therapeutic practices will be “evidence based” (founded in solid research and/or clinical results).  This includes: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamics, EMDR, Mindfulness, Object Relations, Couples/Family Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Mind-Body work, Sensory Grounding, Analysis, Gestalt Therapy, Spiritual Growth, Dream analysis, Strategic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), as well as an array of medical, testing and assessment options.

SUPERVISION FOR COUNSELORS AND SOCIAL WORKERS

The MHN has Clinical Supervisors for those seeking additional training in clinical therapy, diagnosis and treatment strategies, and will be offering continuing education events to meet state and federal licensure requirements.  Good luck in your search.
